Most of the problem skin conditions described
are a result of Pseudo Folliculitis Barbiae (P.F.B),
otherwise known as Razor Bumps and
Ingrown Hairs.

• Most common in men with curly hair.
  
  
• Occur on the neck, face and back of head.
  
  
• Causes discomfort and skin irritation and can be very painful.
  
  
• Where bumps are formed, these can become infected and develop into ugly and unsightly pustules (pimples).
  
  
• The uneven bumps make if difficult to shave and using a blade can often lead to painful cuts and bleeding.
  
  
• The skin in the infected area will be itchy and become darkened or red, resulting in uneven skin tone.
  
  
• If left untreated this skin condition can develop into hard, dark, keloid like bumps and scarring of the skin.
